Therefore, verily I say unto you, lift up your voices unto this people; speak the thoughts that I shall put into your hearts, and you shall not be confounded before men; For it shall be given you in the very hour, yea, in the very moment, what ye shall say. --D & C 100:5-6

GOD IS OMNISCIENT!! -WEEK 69

Sooo what a GREAT WEEK!! Once again!! I feel like I’m writing these letters everyday the weeks are going wayy too fast!! Time needs to slow down!!

Well this week was awesome because we got to have a conference with Elder Bowen the area president of the Philippines right now and it was soo cool!! Most of his talk was about becoming exactly obedient missionaries and how we can start to see miracles in this mission!! But how he taught it first he taught about what the rules were and how we can better follow them.. then he taught like a doctrine part.. which was about the oath and covenant of the priesthood the abrahamic covenant and about our baptismal covenant! I’m so sorry I can’t explain everything he talked about in this little email, but basically what he taught about is where we truly come from and how when we know who we really are, we change how we act! Then he taught about the plan of salvation and how GOD is omniscient! And he knows everything that we can become in this life and the next, and he wants us to do all we can to get all of those blessings but if we don’t do everything we are supposed to in this life... we won’t get those promised blessings!! It was a huge eye opener for me and a lot of the guys out here in our mission!! Excited to see what kind of things will start happening out here!!

OTHER THAN THAT!! We had a good week teaching some investigators and less actives!! I LOVE THIS ONE GUY OUT HERE! He’s a inactive! But the weird part is he has a son on a mission hahaha well he promised he would come to church when his son gets home, but we FINALLY GOT HIM TO COME TO CHURCH!! Now he’s come 3 times! He is still struggling with the word of wisdom but he’s working on sacrificing that to be able to keep the commandments!! Soo add brother Bernardo to your prayers to help him!
THEN we have sister Rosel Bolanos she is a investigator who is soo cool she comes to church every week and she wants to be baptized soo bad but her husband wont let her! Well last Saturday we taught her and she asked us if we could fast for her husband so we did last Sunday and we’ll see what happens with her husband, but I would love to have you guys join in prayers for sister Rosel’s husband to soften his heart!! THANK YOU!!
Also just a lil update on ROMAR JAY! The kid thats gonna get baptized next week! He’s doing great as always!! I think sister Monellia is more excited for the baptism then her son is hahaha but they’re both excited! Sister Monellia is super excited for February to be baptized!

EVERYONE IS A MISSIONARY ALERT!!
So cool story!! Last week a couple out here meet a family by talking to them just while walking around and they set a time that missionaries could teach them and after 2 lessons they came to church and are really searching for the truth!! So never be afraid to talk to people about the gospel! BE A LIGHT UNTO THE WORLD!  We have such a great opportunity this December to show our faith thru our works and be a light to other people!! I KNOW THAT WE CAN ALL BE A LIGHT UNTO THE WORLD!! And people will want to come unto that light!!

SOO GO OUT AND SERVE!!
"preach the gospel at all times...if necessary use words”

HAKUNA MATATA!!

My light is but a little one,
My light of faith and prayer;
But lo! it glows like God's great sun,
For it was lighted there.
Shine on, shine on, shine on bright and clear;
Shine on, shine on now the day is here.

I may not hide my little light;
The lord has told me so.
'Tis given me to keep in sight,
That all may see it glow.
Shine on, shine on, shine on bright and clear;
Shine on, shine on now the day is here.

LIGAO UPDATE!! -WEEK 45

HEYYOOO!!  First off shout out to Court for being a freakin trooper and getting stronger and out of that gross hospital!!
Second off thank you for all the support that everyone is giving my family!! (even if it's just offering, cause my dad doesn't like to accept service as much as he likes to give it hehe!!)  but just keep supporting Court as she gets stronger and the fam!!

Well mission life: IT'S GREAT!  So this new area is Ligao and our mainlike area is called Binatagan!! Well we're all settled in now! haha  We've even found some cool places out here!!  Like a sketchy bridge in the middle of nowhere that is actually in a really convienent spot for us haha and then a sketchy grave yard that had broken graves and we saw some bones sticking out...( apparently they rent the graves out here and if you dont pay rent they take the skeleton out and re use the grave...) we also found a cool lil "life of Jesus Christ" park thingy haha it was cool and then we found a wannabe adam ondi ahman called "Kawa Kawa" hahaha which was beautiful!!  And there was a cool huge heart thing to take pics on!!  But other than that this area is good for teaching!

We have kind of alot of investigators haha We are teaching the people the last missionaries taught, but there's only a couple working towards baptism.  We have a projected 5 baptisms for the month of July!!  YEAH YA!!  There is 2 kids that are part members their mom is a member but the dad is wayy against it he wont let them get baptized but this last scripture we shared with them the boy "jigs" said that he felt something tell him he needed to be baptized, so I encouraged him to share with his dad the verse and then how he felt hoping that his dad would feel the spirit and let them be baptized and hopefully realize he needs to be baptized too!! But so in that family there is Angelica and Jigs!
And then the other family is the Behino family!! Hopefully they can be a family baptism but I don't think it will be because the kids want to be baptized soon and the parents do too, but they aren't married and the problem is they don't have money to get married soo we're trying to just get them ready for baptism and encourage them to get married asap!!  They've been together for 16 years but not married yet hahha!!  But they're excited to be baptized when they can!!

SOO something that I was thinking about this week is in D & C 82 vs 9  I was studying cause I was talking about promised blessings in vs 10 but vs 9 stuck out alot on me and had a big impression!! I was thinking about it and I love how like it pretty much just like tells you that its up to you to work out your salvation!!  Like he says he has given us all we need now its up to us to work out our salvation!! And he has given us his promised blessings if we choose to follow his plan!!  He also tells us what will happen if we dont!!  Like it says in Mosiah you are free to choose, captivty and death or eternal life!

O BE WISE MY FRIENDS WHAT CAN I SAY MORE (JACOB 6:12)
CHOOSE ETERNAL LIFE!!
I LOVE YOU ALL SOO MUCH KEEP CHUGGING ON IN LIFE!!
